2. Appointments & Cancellations

• You may book appointments through our website or approved booking system.

• Please arrive on time to ensure full service.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your deposit.

• Repeated no-shows may result in a refusal of future bookings.

3. Payments & Deposits

• Payment can be made via cash, card, or accepted digital methods at the time of service.

• Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.

• Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost at your appointment.

• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

4. Refunds

We want you to love your nails!
However, due to the nature of our services:

• All sales are final.

• If there is a concern about your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right (e.g., fix a chipped nail or similar issue).

5. Gift Cards & Promotions

• Gift cards and promotional offers are valid only during the stated period.

• They cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

6. Health & Safety

For the health and comfort of all clients:

• Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before your appointment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition poses a risk to your health or our staff’s safety.
